Regional Chapters

To ensure members benefit from a regional voice, Mortgage Broker Chapters exist in all regions of the country. Each council is comprised of mortgage brokers from the region who provide important input on industry and regulatory issues and discuss emerging trends and issues specific to their regions.

Committees


Communications Committee

Responsible for Mortgage Professionals Canada’s communications strategy.


National Ethics Committee

Responsible for the investigation and enforcement of violations of the Code of Ethics and any other infringement of the Bylaws, or other regulations of the Corporation or any other conduct unbecoming a member.


Government Relations Committee

Identifies issues related to our industry at the provincial and federal levels and advocates with officials to ensure our collective voice is heard.

Membership Committee
  

Help to grow membership and ensure a high level of member engagement. 

Professional Standards Committee
  

Identify and encourage high standards of professional practice in the mortgage industry. These standards address issues of competence and practice standards. The Education component is responsible for the development and delivery of ongoing education programs and the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation.
