Commercial Mortgage Financing: The Basics is presented in two sections, Level I followed by Level II. This is an individual course purchase for Level I only.
The courses provide an introduction to the process of securing commercial mortgages. Level I provides the introductory information: terminology, property types, transaction types, etc. Level II outlines the stages in the commercial mortgage process, from application through to closing.
