This course provides a multi-faceted look at the major factors that should
influence a client’s real estate-related decisions, ranging from an analysis of
the real estate market as a whole to the current state of an individual’s
finances. Candidates will review the basic elements required to assess market
conditions and anticipate their concrete impacts on clients, and will also
consider how to assist borrowers construct effective budgets and engage in
prudent financial planning. Finally, candidates will examine the diverse range
of investment products that can be selected and tailored to best suit
individual lenders’ unique needs and capabilities.
