Group Insurance Without Providing Medical Evidence
Open enrolment March 15 to April 15, 2023
For all individuals and firms: MEDICAL EVIDENCE IS NOT REQUIRED DURING THE OPEN ENROLMENT PERIOD.
As a member of Mortgage Professionals Canada, you have access to a comprehensive, affordable, and flexible benefits program that you may establish for yourself as an individual, or your firm.
During the one-month open enrolment period, medical evidence is not required. To qualify for this exemption, we must satisfy a minimum member enrolment requirement. This year’s requirement is 50 members.
A minimum of 50 members must be enrolled by April 15, 2023. If the minimum of 50 members is not reached, medical evidence will be requested for individuals, and firms of 2 members in order to complete their application. Those who prefer to not provide medical evidence will be able to withdraw their application and wait for the next open enrolment period.
Upon successfully reaching the minimum number of participants, your enrolment will be completed with an effective date of May 1, 2023.
