Les mises en candidature aux postes d’administrateur.trice régional.e sont maintenant ouvertes !

Êtes-vous un·e membre passionné·e et motivé·e en Colombie-Britannique ou en Alberta? Maintenant, c’est votre chance d’aller de l’avant et de faire une différence dans notre industrie. Les élections d’administrateur régional ou d’administratrice régionale auront lieu dans les deux provinces. Ces personnes servent un mandat de trois ans, pendant lequel ils participent activement aux réunions du conseil d’administration, aident à façonner des initiatives stratégiques et représentent la voix des membres de leur région.

Critères de mise en candidature

Tous les candidats et candidates doivent :

Avoir une place d’affaires principale située dans la région qu’ils souhaitent représenter.
Être mis en candidature par une personne de leur région.
Être titulaire du titre CHA ou PHCA (ou s’engager à obtenir le titre PHCA au cours de la première année)
Comprendre la restriction sur les groupes d’entreprises *

*Afin d’assurer une représentation diversifiée au sein du Conseil d’administration et de veiller à ce qu’aucun groupe ne puisse être considéré comme ayant une influence ou un contrôle excessifs sur les affaires de l’Association, les statuts limitent la représentation de tout « groupe d’affaires » (annexe A des statuts) à un maximum de quatre (4) administrateurs régionaux. Cette limitation est obtenue par le biais du processus de nomination, garantissant ainsi que tout candidat retenu est pleinement conforme, quels que soient les résultats des élections.

Clôture des mises en candidature — Vendredi 5 septembre à 15 h
Début du scrutin — Mercredi 24 septembre
Fin du scrutin — Mercredi 1^er octobre à 15 h
Assemblée générale annuelle — Mercredi 8 octobre à 13 h HE

Les élections auront lieu dans les provinces suivantes :

Alberta (1 siège acclamé)
Colombie-Britannique (1 siège vacant)

Comment voter

Lorsque le vote sera ouvert, les membres des régions tenant une élection recevront un courriel personnalisé avec un lien pour voter pour leur administrateur régional. Veuillez chercher ce courriel dans notre plateforme électorale — Simply Voting ([email protected]). My expertise includes sales management, strategic planning, risk oversight, agent training, and business development. My proven track record of success is complemented by a deep commitment to community involvement, demonstrated through extensive mentoring and coaching.

As a former Board Chair of the Association of Women in Finance and a CMP Top 50 Women of Influence recipient, and a recent Executive MBA graduate, I am dedicated to advocating for industry best practices and fostering a thriving mortgage professional community. Renée Huse is the owner of Spire Mortgage Team in Calgary, powered by Mortgage Architects. With more than eight years experience as a mortgage broker and over two decades as a real estate investor, she brings both technical expertise and lived experience to every client she serves. Over the course of her career, Renée has completed 35 personal real estate transactions and funded more than 1,800 mortgages for Canadian families, small business owners, and investors.

Her path into mortgages was far from typical. After a decade in commodity trading during Alberta’s oil and gas boom, Renée transitioned into real estate and discovered how financial literacy could change the course of a life. She has been a staunch advocate for it ever since, working to help clients make confident, informed choices about their financial futures.

Beyond her own practice, Renée is a sought-after speaker and mentor in the mortgage industry. Her message encourages brokers to take control of their time, provide exceptional service, seek help when needed, and double down on what they do well.

Outside of work, Renée is happiest outdoors on skis or her bike, with her three kids and husband, finding joy in the everyday moments that matter most.
