Detecting and Preventing Fraud in the Mortgage Industry
The primary goal of this course is to equip mortgage professionals with a thorough understanding of mortgage fraud, its diverse schemes, and introduce essential methods for preventing and mitigating fraud within the mortgage industry.
During the course, they will gain knowledge in recognizing fraud warning signs, implementing fraud prevention tactics, and listing the responsibilities and importance of brokerages in safeguarding client data.
This course offers 2 continuing education credits in the compulsory category.
