2026 Saskatchewan Continuing Education Courses for Mortgage Brokers and Associates

You must successfully complete two courses by May 31, 2026, and submit your completion certificates under Supporting Documents on the annual return in order to renew your licence. One course per category is required.

  • One course from the "Suitability" category, and
  • One course from the "Anti-Money Laundering / Terrorist Financing" category

All four courses listed are approved by the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority (FCAA).

Note: If you have already completed one of the courses, you do NOT need to take it again, please submit it in your annual return.  IMPORTANT: Taking two courses from the same category does not meet the license renewal requirements.

Mortgage Professionals Canada courses are offered online in HTML format. For the best user experience, a desktop or laptop computer is recommended. Information is presented in modules allowing you to progress at your own pace, whether in one sitting, or a section at a time. The courses include interactive activities and knowledge check questions to help you remember what you've learned.

Please be sure your online profile reflects your legal name, as licensed, and includes your licence number — without it, your course completion cannot be confirmed with the Regulator! For more information, please visit FCAA’s website.

The courses are intended for both Broker and Associate licence holders.

Reminder: You are encouraged to ensure you can access your licence information in FCAA’s Registration and Licensing System (RLS). You should access RLS as soon as possible, as you will use RLS to make your annual filing and pay your annual fee.

The annual return submission, which includes payment of the licence fee, is available through the RLS portal beginning on June 1, 2026. All submissions are due by June 30, 2026. For more information, please visit FCAA RLS.
