Submission in regards to review of B.C. Mortgage Brokers Act

MPC has submitted its advice to the British Columbia Ministry of Finance regarding its review of the B.C. Mortgage Brokers Act.

MPC also submitted its comments regarding the proposed creation of a government-maintained registry of BC company beneficial ownership information.

We thank our BC Chapter and the members of our working group for their advice and guidance. We look forward to our upcoming conversations with the B.C. Government, with Chris Carter, BCFSA Vice President and Deputy Registrar of Mortgage Brokers, and with his BCFSA colleagues.
