As soon as you become a member of Mortgage Professionals Canada (MPC), you will have access to the platform. To log in, use your MPC member account, then click on the My CE App link under your account options in the top right corner of the MPC site. Please note the platform is currently only available to members in Ontario and B.C. As we expand access to the rest of our members, we will provide updates.
Yes. Any education or training completed through MPC will automatically appear in the My CE App platform. If you notice any issues with your records, please contact [email protected].
Yes. Your data will remain intact. Your account will be downgraded from an MPC Pro plan to an individual Basic account. You will still be able to log in directly through the My CE App site, but SSO access through the MPC site will no longer be available.
Currently, the platform is configured to recognize mandatory training for Ontario relicensing requirements only. Make sure to correctly tag your continuing education (CE) entries in your My CE App account so your records and totals are calculated accurately.
Yes. You can edit any records you’ve added, upload new certificates or replace existing ones within the platform. However, changes made to records synced from MPC will be overwritten. For updates to MPC-synced records, please contact [email protected].
