Yes. Ontario mortgage agents must complete the mandatory Conduct CE course and ten hours of eligible Technical Knowledge or Professional Development education.
Yes. Attendance for the full day is mandatory in order to successfully complete the course.
In-class courses are facilitated in-person at MPC's head office located at 302-6 Ronrose Drive, Vaughan ON. Virtual classes are delivered via video conferencing software (Zoom).

FSRA's new licensing requirements means that mortgage professionals licensed in the province of Ontario must now complete 10 hours of training related to the technical aspects of mortgage brokering. These hours are in addition to the mandatory conduct training course all professionals must complete in order to renew their licence.
