Professional Development Sessions

Last fall, Mortgage Professionals Canada & ONMICA (Ontario Mortgage Investment Companies Association) hosted an exclusive, sold out MIC session and trade show attended by more than 400 mortgage professionals; and featured 21 Mortgage Investment Entities*.

We are very pleased to be hosting two of these events this spring, one in Ottawa, the other in Toronto!

Do you want to know what vast array of products MIC lenders offer?
Do you have a lender solution for every type of deal and borrower?

Be at the top of your game in the constantly changing mortgage industry and find out what 400 mortgage professionals learned last fall. Every MIC is different and you need to know why to ensure your deals close and your borrowers get the more suitable product for them.

MICs (Mortgage Investment Corporations) have become a go-to mortgage solution provider for mortgage agents, however not all MICs are the same. This year’s event will provide you with a thorough understanding of the full range of products offered by MICs and how they differ from private lenders.

Bring your deal to this unique event and find out how many of these MICs can offer solutions you may not have known existed!

*MIE = Mortgage Investment Entity that qualifies under a MIC under CRA guidelines.
