The AI-Powered Broker
In this dynamic presentation, we will explore the role of AI in the mortgage industry, with a focus on practical tips and demonstrations that mortgage professionals can immediately implement into their businesses. The increasing demand for speed, efficiency, and personalized experiences in the mortgage sector necessitates a closer look at AI-powered solutions, that goes beyond practical theory and debating if AI will replace the broker. Rather, the AI-powered broker is someone who is equipped with the best technologies and can scale their business exponentially by being more efficient and competitive.

Not Every File
Not every file will fund, should fund or deserves to fund with you. Jill will delve into client psychology to help you navigate rate shoppers, declines and saying no. Creating a do not do list and how to identify those files earlier on in your process, when to cut your losses and save your time for the files that do work. As well as identifying a few sales techniques to help you close more leads.
Jill Moellering is just another mortgage agent, she puts her work sweats on one leg at a time. She started in this industry in 2018 and quickly grew her business convincing hundreds of people to provide her with all of their personal identifying documentation. In addition to running an award winning business personally, she also mentors and coaches a team of agents and contributes regularly on industry facebook forums; particularly the newbie mortgage professionals page of which she is a founding admin. She has presented at numerous MPC New Agent Symposiums, is on the AMBA Board of Directors, runs a successful underwriting training course (The Mortgage Nerd) and is a 2022 and 2023 Women of Influence.

Keynote: Your Story Changes Everything
If someone asked, “Why should I trust you?”, what would you say? Stories about yourself are an effective way to establish trust and build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues. After all—people form meaningful relationships with other people, not their work product. But what can you say about yourself? How do you know which parts of your life are interesting? Is it OK to be funny? Should you be vulnerable? Chris Graham, head of speaker coaching at TEDxToronto, answers these questions using the same tools used by successful TEDx speakers.
